Christmas Greeting Cake
Make a madiera cake in an 20 cm tin. Prepare one quantity of orange-flavoured
Vienna Icing.
Pipe a shell edge round the cake, using a number 8 star tube and arrange some
moulded marzipan fruits in one corner. Write an appropriate greeting on the top
in chocolate colored Vienna Icing.
