
Dolly Varden Cake
Make a 225 grams fruit cake in a 13 cm pudding basin. Prepare one quantity
of pastel snow frosting.
Turn the cake out on to a stand cover with the frosting, swirling it to give
a pannier effect of skirt. Allow to set and dry.

Place the doll's head in the centre and decorate the cake and doll with sugar
flowers and bows of ribbon, Tie the ribbon round the doll's waist and set the
cake on a board or stand. Piped roses are very suitable for the ornamentation.
