
Marshmallow Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 dessertspoon gelatine
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Food coloring Dissolve the gelatine in half the boiling water, add the
remainder of the water and mix with the sugar. Stir until boiling, and then boil
at a steady speed for 15 minutes.

Remove from the heat, cool slightly and beat until the mixture doubles its bulk
and becomes thick. Flavor with vanilla
