Spicy Frosting
- 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons hot coffee
- 1/2 level teaspoon powdered cinnamon Pinch of ground cloves
- 2-2 1/2 cups sifted icing sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Blend together the coffee, butter and spices. and add the icing sugar
gradually, creaming well until of a good spreading consistency.
Add vanilla. mix well and spread on the cake. This quantity makes enough to
cover the top and sides of a 20 cm cake.
